How the subscription works

A flat fee for each station. The subscription covers one station workspace and everyone in it.
The owner manages billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. Crewboard never sees or stores card numbers.
Several stations, several subscriptions. Each station has its own, and people can belong to more than one.

Questions about pricing

How much does Crewboard cost?

Crewboard is in early access and prices are not published yet. Contact us about your station and we will explain the options before anything is charged.

Is it charged per person?

No. The subscription is per station, so adding members, trainees or helms does not change what the station pays.

Who pays?

The station owner in Crewboard manages the subscription and billing. Other members never need to enter payment details.

We have more than one station. How does that work?

Each station is its own workspace with its own subscription. People who help at more than one station can use one account for all of them.

Is there a trial?

Early access stations are set up with us directly. We will agree how long you can try Crewboard before any subscription starts.

Can we leave and take our records with us?

Yes. Station data belongs to the station. Ask us and we will help you export your training records and close the workspace.

Are native iOS and Android apps included?

Crewboard runs in the browser and installs to the home screen today. Native iOS and Android apps are planned.
